BOAT SHOW GALLERY

What does the Seattle Boat Show have that no other boat show in America has?

The Boat Show Gallery…a complete nautical art gallery dedicated to the aesthetic aspect of the boating lifestyle. Jewelry to sculpture, fine art prints to pottery, blown glass to driftwood boxes, the Gallery excites and satisfies the varied artistic tastes of the boating community.

Located in the East Hall, the Boat Show Gallery, with over three dozen local artists, is a veritable who’s who of Pacific Northwest artists working in the nautical theme. New to the Gallery this year are Mary Beth Beuke’s sea glass jewelry, Larry Eifert’s prints and puzzles, Joe Dent’s metal sculpture, Bill Freeborn’s turned wood accoutrements, Walter Share’s serigraphs, Cavin Richie’s bronze jewelry, Nicky Oberholtzer’s soap stone sculptures, Nancy Eifert’s photo still lifes, Tim Wistrom’s surrealistic images  and Sarah Leonard’s silver jewelry.

Returning to the Gallery are the ever popular chart art by Betty Vestuto, carved clay prayer wheels by Chris Moench, wildlife photography by Pete Dorman, traveling cribbage boards by Brian Clark, crab pot casseroles by Jeff Tinius, affordable crystal jewelry by Marlene Van Beek, copper repouse by Don Dye, exquisite pottery by Todd Stephens, limited edition prints by Jim Williamson, intricately detailed prints by Sue Coccia, blown glass by David Smith, lifelike ceramic octopi by Dian Dangler, copper salmon by Ben Sheppard, sandblasted trivets and coasters by Lori Nelson, and Northwest native inspired carved masks by Vic Cano.

The Boat Show Gallery helps make the Seattle Boat Show an enjoyable experience for women as well as men. Women especially appreciate the Gallery because it appeals to their aesthetic senses, gives them a respite from the sea of “guy stuff”, and is the perfect place to hang out and go shopping.
